Proof preview - no charge

No charge for proof preview before your purchase.
Before an order is placed, our in-house graphics design staff will create a “soft proof” from the graphic file(s) that you submit. This “soft proof” should be used to visualize how your graphics will appear on the covers, banners, signs or fence screen material of your choice and to make certain that all elements of the design have been included. Also, we will also examine your file to review image quality, resolution, and sizing. If your file won't meet our quality requirements for wide-format printing, we'll discuss the options available if you would like to place an order.

Printing file requirements 

There is no artwork set-up fee
Our designers will open and verify the files for color, resolution and suitability for large format output, rendering files into the proper format for output, placing the files into our output template, as well as the making and sending of electronic proofs for approval (up to 2 sets). However, a setup fee will be requested if your files don't meet the minimum requirements below. 

Files Format:
Artwork can be provided in .ai, .eps format 
      • Adobe Illustrator cs2 or below (.ai, pdf, .eps) (preferred)
      • Adobe Photoshop cs2 or below (.psd, .tiff or .eps) (preferred)
      • Coreldraw 12 or below ( . cdr ) (preferred)

File Setup:

Vectored file:
      • 1:1 size with at least 100DPI resolution or in right proportionate.
      • Make sure all fonts outlined or convert to curves.
      • Any images placed in vectored should be in CMYK format and with at least 100DPI resolution.

Raster file:
1:1 size with at least 100DPI resolution or in right proportionate, exp 1:3 with 300DPI

Color:
If you have any critical color requirement, please provide us with Pantone color or a printing sample, otherwise, ask us for a sample for proof. You can search for Pantone colors at www.pantone.com.
